Whether you are looking to celebrate a special occasion or keep the kids entertained on a rainy day, a gaming van might be a great option. You can’t predict the weather on your child’s birthday or your wedding day, but you can keep everyone entertained with a gaming Van!
These are some reasons why you should book us for a kids’ party or wedding:

- Most children game and now they can do it together with their mates
- You can relax while your birthday guests are having fun.
- No travelling involved; we can park the gaming van outside your home and we do all the work while you relax.
What's included?
Our gaming van will arrive at your home, event, or office, about 15 minutes before the start time to set everything up. We will need to plug into your mains but don’t worry, running the van requires the same amount of power as turning on your hoover!!
Our team will introduce themselves and let you know about the safety procedures.
Our gaming van also has its own WiFi connection, so a slow internet connection will never stop you from enjoying the games. However we strongly recommend plugging into your WIFI router with our Ethernet cable to ensure the best connectivity. This also means that you can play some of the best online multiplayer or solo games.
How many players?
We can cater to up to 10 people As all the screens are on one side of the gaming van and the seats on the other side, players can interact with each other and feel like they are a part of an event. You may wish to invite more than 10 people however be mindful that some of them will have to wait their turn.
Where are we based?
Our gaming van covers Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire & Berkshire, however we can travel to other locations if needed. We will travel to your home, business, event, or wedding, so you don’t have to think about traffic and transport.
We will also travel further however extra charges will apply.

How to Book?
You can fill out our booking form and request the duration, location, and date of your gaming van hire. We will get back to you confirming our availability and send you the booking link to pay a deposit of £50.

WHAT IS SYNERGY GAMING?
Synergy Gaming is a gaming van where children and grownups alike can play a variety of Nintendo Switch, PS5 and Xbox games.
HOW DO I BOOK?
By contacting us via the contact page, with a date and time, as well as a £50 deposit. When the money deposits in our account we’ll send you a confirmation email.
HOW DO I KNOW MY BOOKING IS CONFIRMED?
We will send you a confirmation email, along with Terms & Conditions, however, if you don’t get a confirmation email after you have made the deposit payment, please contact us at Info@synergy-gaming.co.uk
WHICH AREAS DO YOU COVER?
Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire & Berkshire, however we will travel to other areas, but there will be a travel surcharge.
DO WE NEED A POWER SUPPLY?
Yes, we need access to a plug socket to power the equipment on the gaming van. Everything else will be provided by us, including extension cables which have a reach up to 25 m in length
DO WE NEED AN INTERNET CONNECTION?
The gaming van has its own Internet connection; however, some places may have a poor signal strength so we strongly recommend using your internet connection via cable into your WIFI router as this will guarantee a better experience.
HOW MUCH PARKING DO WE NEED?
The gaming van needs approximately two and a half car spaces to be able to park comfortably.
WHO’S RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PARKING?
That would be the responsibility of the person who made the booking. The reserved parking place should be in accordance with the parking rules.
WHAT AGE GROUPS ARE APPROPRIATE FOR THE GAMING VAN?
We recommend children should be at least 7 years old.
Video games have different content rating age requirement.
You should ensure the game booked, meet your player's age restrictions and that they are capable of playing the games selected, as we do not have the authority to check children’s ages. If you have any questions regarding the video game content rating age requirement for our games, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
