A £50 Deposit will be taken from the full amount in the event of cancellation within 48 hours of the booking
Travel Surcharges
Our standard pricing applies to parties and events located within a 30-minute drive from our location in Kidlington to the following locations:
Witney, Bicester, Oxford, Banbury, Didcot, Abingdon, Brackley, Thame, Aylesbury
For travel times exceeding 30 minutes, additional surcharges will apply.
If it takes us an hour to reach you, that's two hours of travel time; during that period, we could have hosted another party. Additionally, we must factor in our drivers' time and fuel costs. We strive to be as fair as possible while keeping surcharges to a minimum.
